Hi Alex,

 

Thanks for sending over the revised numbers. I've had a chance to review with our finance team and we think the new pricing structure works well for us.

 

One thing we'd like to clarify is the SLA terms for the enterprise tier — specifically around uptime guarantees and support response times. Can you send over the full SLA document when you get a chance?

 

Also, our legal team will need about 3 business days to review the contract once we receive the final version. Just flagging that for timeline purposes.
